Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Nord-Tech Polaris (“the software”), you agree to the following terms.

License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own purposes, for as long as your subscription is valid. Each subscription covers one active machine at a time; you may move your license between machines.

Acceptable use

The software automates actions on your own accounts, on your own machine. You are solely responsible for how you use it, including compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platform you use it with. Nord-Tech Polaris is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform or its owners.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the software does not function as described. Contact support with your Stripe receipt email.

Liability

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the software, including any action taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.
